  • To identify talented sportspersons, train them and render suitable assistance to enable them to participate successfully in National and International sports competitions.
  • To promote physical fitness and to inculcate sports and health consciousness.
  • To provide a healthy sporting habit among the students.
  • Teaching new techniques and tactics in various sports.
  • Organizing regular coaching/ training sessions, and summer camps.
  • Integrating sports psychology into the training and competition of individual Players and Teams.
  • It helps to learn teamwork, coordination among diverse cultural, ethnic groups and infuses discipline and instills the value system in one individual.
  • Value of time precision and competitiveness are the major learning points apart from communication, coordination and teamwork.
  • Sports training focuses on reaching maximum fitness specifically connected to a certain sports discipline.

  • Music & Dance

    The students of ACHARIYA are given maximum exposure to develop their musical Intelligence. Every day an hour’s special training is given to students based on their choice of musical instruments. Expert artists train the children in both dance and music (Classical & Western). Students have a choice of ten musical instruments to choose from and learn. The school also has its school band orchestrated by students. The Music and Dance Training include Classes in Veena / Miruthangam / Tabla / Guitar / Keyboard / Classical Dance Forms and Western Dance

    Arts & Craft

    The artistic skills of the children are groomed from a very early stage in the Montessori education system. The students are given more exposure and opportunities to develop their special and visual intelligence. Art & craft are a part of the curriculum at all levels. The students are also given special training in mind mapping to understand the concepts clearly in all subjects.

    Club Activities

    Club activities are conducted to cater to the varied interests of the students. The activities are conducted during school hours. The following clubs are in existence for the current year. Einstein Science Club / Kabirdas Hindi Club / Da Vinci Club / Creative Club / Philately Club / Memory Club / Readers’ Club / Cultural Club / Music Club / Critic Club / Quiz Club / Yoga Club / NSS / NGS.
